What roles are supported?
Owner, Manager, Captain/Waiter, Cashier, Kitchen Staff. Each role sees a different dashboard. You can customize which pages each role can access. PINs are unique per person so you know exactly who did what.
Do my staff need the mobile app?
No, the mobile app is optional. The base system works on your restaurant’s tablet or computer. The app is useful for waiters who want to see table assignments on their phone without going to the billing counter.
How many staff can I add?
No limit on staff accounts. Each person gets their own PIN. The base billing system includes owner + 3 staff. The Staff Hub adds unlimited staff accounts with role-based access on top of that.
What alerts can I get on WhatsApp?
13 alert types including: bill voided, discount above threshold, shift started/ended, cash mismatch, large order placed, table occupied beyond time limit, staff login from unusual time, and more. You choose which ones you want.
