Common questions

What hardware do I need?
A tablet (Android, ₹15-20K) and a thermal receipt printer (₹5-8K). We recommend specific models and help you buy — but you own the hardware. A cash drawer is optional (₹3-5K).
Does it work offline?
Yes. The billing system runs on your local hardware. If the internet goes down, you can still create bills and accept cash. UPI payments need internet, but billing itself works offline.
What if I’m already on Petpooja?
We migrate your menu and settings to the new system. Your historical Petpooja data stays with Petpooja — but from day one on our system, all new data is yours. Most restaurants run both in parallel for a week before switching fully.
Does it integrate with Swiggy and Zomato?
Platform orders appear separately in Swiggy/Zomato partner apps. Our system handles your dine-in and direct orders. For a unified view of all channels, add the Owner Dashboard which pulls data from everywhere.
