How does the matching work?
The system compares three numbers: (1) what your billing system says was sold, (2) how much UPI/card payment the gateway received, and (3) how much physical cash your cashier counted. If there’s a gap, you get an alert with the exact amount and which source doesn’t match.
What if we do delivery?
Add the delivery runner settlement (₹7,999 one-time). Each delivery runner gets a QR code. When they collect cash from customers, the system tracks exactly how much each runner should bring back. Settlement happens per runner, per shift.
How quickly does it catch a discrepancy?
With the basic plan, you see the discrepancy in the nightly report. With auto-matching, you get an instant WhatsApp alert the moment the numbers don’t add up — same shift, same day.
Does it work with my current billing system?
It requires our SparkSol Billing System (P1). Settlement reads from your billing data to know what was sold. We set up billing first, then add settlement on top. Most restaurants get both together.
