How we’re different

Common questions

What TV do I need?
Any 32” smart TV with a browser works. We recommend specific models in the ₹10-15K range. The TV connects to your WiFi and runs the kitchen display in a browser. That’s it.
Does it work with my current billing system?
It works with our SparkSol Billing System (P1). If you’re on Petpooja or another system, we’d set up our billing first and then connect the kitchen display. We can run both in parallel during the switch.
How many screens do I need?
Most restaurants need 1 screen in the main kitchen. If you have a separate bar, tandoor section, or dessert station, add a screen for each with station-wise routing so each screen only shows relevant orders.
What if the internet goes down?
The kitchen display needs WiFi to receive orders from billing. If WiFi drops, it reconnects automatically when WiFi returns. During a brief outage, your billing system still works — orders queue up and appear on the screen once WiFi is back.
