How Staff Management Works
for Your Restaurant

Each staff sees only what they need. PIN-protected. Shift tracked. You get alerts on WhatsApp. Here’s how.

Step 1

Each staff member gets their own PIN

Raju the cashier has PIN 1234. Ahmed the captain has PIN 5678. Imran the kitchen head has PIN 4321. You, the owner, have the master PIN. Everyone has their own identity in the system. No shared logins.

🔑
Staff PIN Setup
Staff list: Raju (Cashier, PIN active), Ahmed (Captain, PIN active), Imran (Kitchen, PIN active), Owner (Admin, master PIN). Each person enters their PIN to access the system. Identity confirmed on every action.

Each staff member identified by their own PIN

Step 2

PIN login — they see ONLY what their role needs

When Raju enters his PIN, he sees the billing screen. When Ahmed enters his, he sees the table management view. When Imran enters his, he sees the kitchen display. Nobody sees what they don’t need. Nobody accesses what isn’t their job.

👁
Role-Based Views
Cashier view: billing screen with products and cart. Captain view: table layout with occupied/free status. Kitchen view: order queue with new/preparing/ready. Owner view: everything — sales, settlement, inventory, P&L, staff.

Each role sees only their screen — nothing more

Step 3

Cashier sees billing. Captain sees tables. Kitchen sees orders. Owner sees everything.

This isn’t about trust — it’s about focus. During rush hour, the cashier shouldn’t be distracted by kitchen data. The captain shouldn’t see settlement numbers. Each person focuses on their job. The system enforces it.

Everyone focused on their job — system enforces the boundaries

Step 4

Shift start and end tracked with PIN

Staff enters PIN to start their shift. The system records the time. When they end their shift, they enter PIN again. You know exactly who was working, when they started, when they ended. No manual attendance register needed.

Shift Tracking
Today’s shifts: Raju started 11:45 AM (active), Ahmed started 12:00 PM (active), Imran started 11:30 AM (active). Yesterday: Raju 11:50 AM – 10:15 PM (10h 25m), Ahmed 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM (10h 30m). All tracked automatically via PIN.

Shift hours tracked automatically — no manual register

Step 5

Owner gets WhatsApp alerts — discrepancies, shift changes, stock issues

You don’t have to sit in the restaurant to know what’s happening. Cash discrepancy? WhatsApp alert. Staff shift ended early? Alert. Stock running low? Alert. You stay in control from anywhere.

📴
Owner WhatsApp Alerts
WhatsApp alerts to owner: “Cash discrepancy: Raju, -₹250, 9 PM shift.” “Shift end: Ahmed clocked out at 10:30 PM.” “Low stock: Mutton 3 kg, Chicken 4 kg.” “New order spike: 15 orders in last 30 minutes.” All automatic.

WhatsApp alerts — know what’s happening without being there
