What if my customers prefer ordering on Swiggy?

Do customers need to download an app?
No. They already have WhatsApp. They message your number, see your menu in a catalog, add items, and pay. Nothing to download, no account to create.
What does each order cost me on WhatsApp?

How do I update my menu?

Can I send offers to all my past customers?
