How many candidates will I get?
Up to 20 screened candidates per role. Screened means we’ve verified they have the right experience, are available in your area, and are within your salary range. You interview and choose from the list.
Which platforms do you post on?
Apna (India’s largest blue-collar hiring app), WorkIndia, and 5+ Facebook hiring groups specific to Bangalore restaurant jobs. These are where cooks and waiters actually look for work — not job portals like Naukri which are for office jobs.
How fast can you find someone?
A single campaign takes 7-10 working days for screened candidates. On the ongoing plan with priority sourcing, urgent roles get candidates in 3-5 days. The speed depends on the role — waiters are faster, experienced cooks take longer.
What if the candidate doesn’t work out?
We provide screened candidates, not guaranteed hires — the interview and trial period is yours. But on the ongoing plan, if a hire doesn’t work out within 30 days, we prioritize a replacement in the next campaign at no extra cost.
