SparkSol Hospitality Pvt Ltd provides technology setup and management services for restaurants and cafes. All services, pricing, and deliverables are as described on sparksol.in.
All prices are exclusive of GST (18%). Payment is collected via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) before work begins. One-time services are non-refundable once delivery begins.
Timelines are estimates. We aim to deliver within the stated working days. Delays caused by client-side dependencies (access credentials, approvals) are not counted.
Annual maintenance (AMC) covers support, updates, and minor changes as described per service. AMC is billed annually and renewable.
SparkSol is not liable for third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, Swiggy, Zomato) that affect service delivery.
